The Imagine Cup award ceremony is the most exciting event, where the winning teams from each category of competition are announced. This year, the award ceremony was held at the Lincoln Center not far from Time Square. There were interesting guests delivered speech and help handing out the awards, including New York city mayor, Michael Bloomberg, Eva Longoria, a famous celebrity and Halo master chief.
During the award ceremony, Microsoft announced that all 2011 Imagine Cup worldwide final competitors will get a Windows Phone 7 and an Xbox Kinect. In addition, all 1st place winners are invited to attend the Build conference in Anaheim, California which will take place during September this year.

The award ceremony was exciting and inspirational. The auditorium was full of excitement and energy.
After the ceremony, all competitors return to the hotel where Microsoft hosted a farewell party after dinner was served to provide additional opportunity for the students to network and socialize.
The party was fun and energetic. I can see lots of students from different region of the World are making connection at the party.
