On May 1st, the Windows Embedded product team hosts an event at Microsoft facility in Mountain View, California.
At this event, product manager from the Windows Embedded Compact teams talks about future roadmap and targeted markets.
Doug Boling, one of the well recognized guru, will deliver a presentation about the Silverlight for Windows Embedded (SWE) technology and go through a few hands-on exercises to demonstrate how the SWE technology enables application developer and designer to work together seamlessly, leveraging the designer’s artistic skill to develop embedded device with stunning user interface.
Key Windows Embedded partners will present their solution to help embedded device development project minimize cost, risk and shorten development schedule to gain faster-time-to-market advantage.
I will deliver a presentation about the development tools, and will go through a few hands-on exercise to show the steps to develop a custom OS image, develop application, establish connectivity to download the OS image and application to a target device for testing and debug.
