FOOTNOTE: ClickOnce Installation

Version 4.1 Provides for ClickOnce installation. This is a much simpler web installation but integration with Visual Studio is a bit harder. Note it is configured to run off-line. You also get auto-updates, where it checks while it is running if there is an update and install it next time the app runs. You need to create the PBScript manually.
