Summary

This chapter covered how database applications for Compact 2013 systems. In particular it covered CEDB and SQLite native code database applications. The chapter discusses the removal of SQL Compact from the OS platform as well as the EDB technology. The chapter gives an overview to using a Windows Azure database with a Compact 2013 application and refers to an example of this.
